Vauxhall uses PermaSeal to seal their headlight housings. Thats why its impossible to open the housing using the oven method. Many other manufacturers use Butyl sealant which is much easier to open using an oven. So the only way to open our headlights is by cutting them. Any issues since you retrofitted those projectors? Any moisture or haze in the housing?
