I tried pulling the brown tab out but it was too tight and I thought if pulling harder it would brake. I ll give it a try today. I have thought about adding DRL/indicator strip, installation would be much easier instead of soldering tiny leds, but at daylight when the strip is on you can barely see it. Not too much light output. At night it is more visible though and i would say really beautiful but still not suitable for what it's meant to be, daytime running light...
