Currently looking to replace two rear tyres
Size currently on car, 235 / 45 / 18 94W Bridgestone RE050A
I am undecided if I want to replace the existing tyres with Bridgestones, mainly down to the eye watering cost
Anyone else tried different sizes on 18"s or anyone have any suggestions for alternative brands in the existing size, as I could be tempted to change all 4 tyres
I drive pretty, hard cornering wise, so would be looking for a grippy tyre, rather than an ECO type tyre

How much you found the Bridgestones for? I have the same and they're only £130 each which I think is good...

I have conti sport contact 3s which seem pretty good. GY Eagle asymmetrical 2 are class. Had them on my Civic which was very fussy when it came to tyres.

Thanks for all the responses, I have been away on a course the past couple of days, so havent had a chance to check in
I did go for the RE050A's in the end, it was the easiest option just go for the two tyres
I guess I am getting old, as I remember the days when I had 215/50/15 tyres on my Lotus and they seemed huge, whereas those tyres are like bike tyres........
