Fuses 6&7? Checked them both and replaced them both

some power sockets have 3 wires but yours has 2

i dont have the handbook anymore at hand but you need to read all fuses and look anything eles linked to the others

I bet there's nothing. I'll pull every fuse out and check them

I think that's your best bet mate. I've just looked at the manual and it only says about 6&7

Yeah I've looked at mine too, only mentions the two, 6 for front and 7 for rear. Neither are working and I've replaced the fuses for them. I'm so confused and stumped. I even undid everything that I did in the first place too

Is it an option you could have fried the wiring or the 12v socket itself? Or would something like that also have triggered the fuse to blow?

The fuse would have gone. I've not introduced any more current though

Check fuse 16 in glovebox and fuse 17 in rear fusebox if fitted

Checked 16 previously and it's fine, not done 17 @cornishtaz

What about that blue plug that goes into the back of the socket... Did you remove that when doing the work? If so did you put it back in the correct way?

Also the manual mentions fuse 26 in glovebox

26 is for if he doesn't have a box in the back isn't it?

Best will be to pull them out 1 by 1 and check them

Checked all fuses, they're all fine, replaced the relay switch for the 12v sockets and it's still not working

I'm stuck

Hmm very strange mate, I've just ordered the things I need. I can't be bothered with having this sort of problem.

Well I didn't have a multimeter so I went and bought one and it turns out the adapter had blown for the cam
Reply

So you didn't try the socket with other devices to make sure it wasn't just the camera charger?!

Not heard of the 09** version. I can highly recommend my 'wedge' cam for being discreet
