If memory serves me right the warning sounds come through the dash tweeter O/S of RHD & N/S for LHD.
Simple way to see if the door speakers are working is to put your hand over it when playing music.
You could try pulling the negative off the battery for 60mins this will fully shut down all systems.
Also in settings there is an option for the warning tones to be normal or loud could also be worth having a play with that.
It's quite common for these cars to lose warning tones and in most cases pulling the neg fixes it, sometimes a radio re-program is needed, in very rare cases has it needed the radio replacing.
