Door out of alignment

Hey guys!

Just have a question about an issue I noticed a few weeks ago before I went on holiday. I've noticed that the passenger side door no longer sits flush with the body of the car (photos attached). I can push the door and it then sirs flush but as soon as I let go it pulls away from the car again.

Any ideas what could have caused this and how I can fix if?!

Thanks

To fix it, loosen the part of the catch affixed to the car body (not the door) knock it in a few mm and tighten, repeat if still not far enough. Hope that makes sense ha

No idea what could have caused it though

Cheers! I kind of know where you mean, I'll grab a photo of what I think you mean and if that's correct then I'll sort it at the weekend least it sounds like an easy fix!

Here's a photo of the door open, can you specify which bit is the catch?

Thanks

Its the small catch on the other side on the car body not the actual door just lose it off and move it back

Yeah think I know which bit you guys mean now! Just a little bit of metal that the door hooks onto when it's closed isn't it?

Cheers

There will be little marks above and below the catch just move it back a notch and then try the door till it fits

You guys were spot on! The bottom screw on the door catch thing was loose so it was wobbling around and not holding the door firmly enough when closed.

Tightened the screw and it's all good now! Thanks a millions guys
