Ok i found out that when i put the Load Resistors on the LED DRL,s
the Errors Message on the Canbus has also Canceled the Errors for the Rear Tail Lights also
so this Means i can Have LED T tail Lights also
i got these Projector LED,s w5w, t10, 501.
and can be found on eBay
you will need 6 bulbs
but please use the Link as a Reference to find them as They are £7.99 for two
but this Link says alot more
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/301445826489?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
They are 5 Times as Bright as the Normal Standard Bulb
even in the Daylight they look much Brighter.
First Remove the Lights from the Back of the car Follow this How to.
http://www.vxoc.org.uk/forum/Thread-How-...erse-light
Here is a Few Pictures of the Bulbs in the Tail Light Holders
Tail Hatch Lights need, 2 Led Bulbs,
In the First Pic the Bigger LED is the Reverse LED.
The Picture below is LED Tail Light and Standard Fog Light.
I know the Fog light is not on the Cambus so that will also go to an LED at some point.
The Lights on the Rear car body need 4 Bulbs.
Note old Tail Light Bulb at the Top
and see how much Brighter
the New LED Tail Light is at the Bottom.
This Picture is both LED Tail Lights fitted.
A few Pics in the Daylight
for you of the LED Tail Lights
but they are Visibly Brighter even in the day.
i will put some more Pic,s up Tonight in the Dark for you all
but overall very Impressed so far
I will Report back after Further Testing
on Bulb life and How well they do.
I have no Error Messages at all on the rear Tail Lights
but this may be Due to the Load Resistors on the LED DRL,s at the front
so i can not Guarantee that you will be Error Free if you don't have them
also the Brake Light is still on the Canbus
so Replacing that one is not Possible with out Errors
if Anyone tries them on There Own let me know what Happens
if errors come up for tail lights
HERE IS SOME PIC,S AT NIGHT.
WOW there Bright about 5 Times Brighter than Standard for sure.
i also Noticed the Bulbs work Both ways
but the Correct way is Brighter
so make Sure you have them the Right way.
WARNING....
Adding Led Bulbs to the Tailgate may cause issues with the DAB and FM Dropping out
when near Electrical Pylons no idea why
but i have had to Take Them out and put the Standard Bulbs back in
for some Reason they were Interfering with the Radio Reception
when the Lights were on at Night or Day
when going past Electrical Pylons
This should only Effect cars with the DAB and FM Receivers in the Rear Window
you should be OK with the Standard Roof mount mast
as this only seemed to Effect the DAB in my Case
but this was Doing my Head in on the way to work at Night
so i have now Removed them from the Tail Gate.
if Anyone gets any Reception Problems with the Standard Roof mast
i will have to Remove this How to
but at the Moment this should Work
as long as you Do not have DAB.
NOTE........
The Tail Lights are not on the Canbus
So they will be Error Free.

Hmmm I don't have resisters on the front, might give it a go, if I get errors it doesn't really matter cos I'll fit the resistors at trax. Will let u all know
Will be good to see them at night, I like the way at the moment it lights up evenly, I can see the projector lighting up more

Bad news, fitted these today and I've got errors :(!!!!
Gonna take them out until trax and see if the load resistors on the drls make any difference.
Is there no way to turn off canbus monitoring

I've just realised I swapped ALL my rear lights for LEDs and got a check brake light error that could be the issue. Gonna try just the tail lights and let u know how I get on

WARNING
adding led bulbs to the tailgate may cause issues with the DAB and FM dropping out
when near electrical pylons no idea why but i have had to take them out and put the standard bulbs back in
for some reason they were interfering with the radio reception when the lights were on
when going past electrical pylons this should only affect cars with the DAB and FM receivers in the rear window
you should be ok with the standard roof mount mast
as this only seemed to affect the DAB in my case but this was doing my head in on the way to work at night
so i have now removed them from the tailgate
if anyone gets any reception problems with the standard roof mast
i will have to remove this how to but at the moment this should work as long as you dont have DAB

no idea why this is happening but there is a run off electric pylons on the way to work on the motorway
that go on for about 3 miles and every time last week i went past them at night with the lights on
the DAB would cut out and not come back on till i have passed them
i have had no problems in the day on the same run with the lights out
so yesterday i drove past them in the day and turned the lights on and again the DAB cut out
so i took the LED tail lights out and put the standard bulbs back in
and again drove past the same pylons again with the lights on and no issues at all
so i concluded it is the LED tail lights that are interfering with the DAB receiver in the rear window
and as i have to go past this bit off motorway when i am on nights it is probably best they were taken out
as i can not stand the radio dropping out on me
so if this happens to you with the LED tail lights just be aware this will be the issue
but to be fair this only happens on this stretch of motorway and i have had no other issues anywhere else

For some reason this didn't show as new post.
Wonder if it has anything to do with resistors used in the LEDS.
