Headrest for middle rear seat passenger

My recently purchased 2015 Astra J Hatch has no headrest for the middle back seat passenger.
Would anyone know of an aftermarket/retrofit accessory that can be fitted to do the job? I have seen these:

but not sure if they would fit may car.

the leather interiors tend to have the middle rear headrest, my original half leather vxr seats never had one but the replacement vxr full leather has

The opel J SRI's are the only cloth variant that I have seen with middle head rest, suppose that you could look on the european ebay web sites.

Vauxhall dropped the middle headrest in a bid save money it became an O/E.
I have a full set of rear leather headrest in the loft.

How does the middle headrest attach to the seat? I might be interested in buying yours if they would fit, but my seats are fabric, not leather.

it just slots into the holes.

There are no holes in mine. If I press hard I can feel a couple of depressions where the holes should be but I would have to cut in to the cloth to reach them, and no way of telling if they are re-enforced enough to hold the headrests securely. No clip to hold in place, nothing. Completely designed out.

I personally wouldn't bother then.
You could always look at getting a set of full leather with heated front seats.
