Hi everyone, after owning my GTC for 1 year now i'd thought a hello was due.

Picked up a 2016 1.6t Limited Edition after my previous car was written off and happened to stumble across the GTC by off chance.

Personally think the favorite thing about the car is the flex-ride system. Seems to handle on any road with little effort and makes driving the car a joy.

Hi all,
Just bought a 2013 GTC 1.6T but the Drivers Information Centre isn't as detailed as the 1.4T I test drove previously. Are the additional features only available on the 1.4 or can they be activated on the 1.6 also.

I have recently acquired a GTC 2.0 cdti, and I'm one of those that would rather have a real wheel rather than a compressor and rubber solution! The full size wheel will not fit into the boot space and thus a space saver is required. Can anyone offer advice and comment please?
Part number, possible suppliers, what to look out for and such. I've been to the wheel spec website and have the tech specs such as pcd, centre diameter (a good site to look at by the way...)

I am in the process of retrofitting a CD500 to my Astra GTC and need a little help.

I think I have managed to get it wired up so the controls and screen come up, but it's displaying the anti-theft protection lock, I believe from forums it can be re-programmed? Does anyone know anywhere nearish kent that can do it ?  or do we think Vauxhall might be able to do it? 

It has come out of a scrapped Astra J 2012 plate, going into my 62 plate GTC, replacing my CD400 , I have DAB and USB already and not worried about the navigation and I think the Bluetooth doesn't support A2DP music anyway so not bothered about that so I don't think  I need to re-program the VCI?


Any help would be greatly appreciated

Had my Red GTC 1.4 turbo Automatic for about 5wks, its an oct 16, 66 reg,
I bought it with 534miles on,but was driven up from a dealer in  Lincoln,so 720mils when delivered.now 1100mils.

just had Fitted,
V-maxx coilovers
wind deflectors
led DLR's
led interior lights

on my To-Do list,
console ambient light
Custom exhaust
Re-map
induction kit
colour code the rear no.plate area(black plastic part)

I am replacing my old Astra G with an Astra J Mk 6 , I am selecting from the local VX dealer, currently I am looking at reg DG15 JWO, which is an Elite spec.


I replaced the ICE system in the old Astra G with a single Din Kenwood KDC 3054U Radio/CD player with a USB socket.
It is the USB facility which I use the most for playing my music from a memory stick, but I understand from the sales dept that the Astra J does not have a USB socket incorporated in the entertainment centre.

If sales are correct, can anyone advise the simplest way to convert the new car so it will have a USB socket? I was hoping that I could obtain a kit to convert the 2 din down to 1 din. I don't mind if I can't use the Kenwood, I just want usb connection.
Dynamic Sounds limited or Connects2 supply conversion kits from din 2 to din 1 but I can't ascertain whether they have exactly what I need for my model.

Hi all

I went to put air in my tyres today and noticed that the metal valve is cracked on one of my wheels and therefore I am unable to put air in. Is this a cheap tyre shop job or will the whole sensor need replacing?
