Glow Plug Torque specs

Hey guys,
I have a 62plate 1.7 Astra GTC j. Does anyone know what the torque specs are in Nm for the glow plugs? I've read a few things but getting conflicting results. Thanks Sent from my moto g(8) plus using Tapatalk

Install the 4 glow plugs (1) and tighten to 14 N·m (124 lb in)
I believe that's about right.
NAVI950 , DAB+ & Rear Camera , quick heat, auto lights and rain sensor retrofit
