I have seen a few posts about swirl flaps on diesel engines becoming stuck or faulty. Does my engine have them, if so how can i locate them?

They will be in the intake manifold if you have them in the 1.7 but the 2.0 does have them

Would i be able to see them by looking under the bonnet or are the actually inside the manifold?
