Astra J Total power loss

Hi
I had total power loss in my 2013 reg astra J sri .
There was a problem when i drove the car in that the power steering was very hard to turn steering wheel but then back to normal.
!0 minutes later suddenly All power went on the car without warning.. No lights, engine died, total power loss...
Tried jump starting but still nothing happens & all connections to battery seem ok...
Only thing i can think of is that i got battery changed 3 weeks ago so maybe a loose wire somewhere.
Could it be alternator or what else can cause a total loss of power.
Car parked up now & waiting to go to garage tomorrow .....

Zero lights anywhere... Total Power loss..
I got it towed to the garage that put in my new battery 2 weeks previous & they "found" a loose connection hence the power loss..
They said there was a fuse blown on the ecu but alls well now.
