It is not hard to miss it, I paid a car audio shop to install it and they missed. I had to research online and find some clues to then tell them they missed it. After a few tries they noticed there was loom not connected to the single wire plug, after that it worked just fine. Maybe the loom is hidden somewhere behind your head unit?

Are you sure you have a CD400? I know some other models don't work.
