When you accelerate hard the engine "twists"/moves in its mounting points.
Maybe yours are getting worn out causing the engine to move a tad too much and causing some part somewhere to make that noise only when you hit it hard.
That's the route I'm thinking of. But i'm gonna let the more experienced forumers handle the rest because I don't know enough about this
