In terms of the VCX Nano don't bother I've had countless cars in needing to be re-programmed due to owners using them. they freeze during programming don't complete the programming etc.
I brought the Ford version for the wife's car and even that screwed up on programming so it was a costly visit to our local ford dealer to put it right.
Doesn't matter if you fit something to your car that shouldn't be there SPS will throw a hardware mismatch back at you weather you use offline or online, and if a part has been programmed with newer software than V32B it won't reprogram it your'll be met with a software error.
Same thing with part number SPS checks the part numbers for parts fitted to the car if the part number is wrong it won't program and you'll be met with an error.
