Once you have all your parts you can then set about fitting the flex floor system
The first thing we need to do is remove everything from the boot and lower the rear seats.

![[Image: 01_zpsc76950a4.jpg]](http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p39/rustywhite2007/Astra-J/How%20To%20Flex%20Floor/01_zpsc76950a4.jpg)
We then need to remove the black pin from the top of the trim (there is one on each side)
![[Image: 02_zps2a699476.jpg]](http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p39/rustywhite2007/Astra-J/How%20To%20Flex%20Floor/02_zps2a699476.jpg)
Next remove the rear trim panel (simply pull at the bottom and once it's unclipped pull upwards).
*Take care not to break any of lugs that hold the clips like I did*
![[Image: 03_zps13659edf.jpg]](http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p39/rustywhite2007/Astra-J/How%20To%20Flex%20Floor/03_zps13659edf.jpg)
Then unfold the bracket
![[Image: 04_zps43534c39.jpg]](http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p39/rustywhite2007/Astra-J/How%20To%20Flex%20Floor/04_zps43534c39.jpg)
![[Image: 05_zpsc4ed18fa.jpg]](http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p39/rustywhite2007/Astra-J/How%20To%20Flex%20Floor/05_zpsc4ed18fa.jpg)
Once you've done that pull the trim out so you can get behind it, you will need a 7mm socket here there are 2 bolts to undo
![[Image: 06_zps8e16d88e.jpg]](http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p39/rustywhite2007/Astra-J/How%20To%20Flex%20Floor/06_zps8e16d88e.jpg)
![[Image: 07_zps233086e8.jpg]](http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p39/rustywhite2007/Astra-J/How%20To%20Flex%20Floor/07_zps233086e8.jpg)
Now you have a bit of room there is a metal clip holding a bit of trim on use a tool and get it in-between the two and prise them apart.
*You might be able to do without taking the 7mm bolts out but I found it quicker this way*
![[Image: 08_zpsfe41513e.jpg]](http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p39/rustywhite2007/Astra-J/How%20To%20Flex%20Floor/08_zpsfe41513e.jpg)
Once you have it starting to come apart then just give it a good hard pull and the other end will follow
![[Image: 09_zpsbfe6c896.jpg]](http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p39/rustywhite2007/Astra-J/How%20To%20Flex%20Floor/09_zpsbfe6c896.jpg)
Remove the rest of the trim and replace the two 7mm Bolts you removed.

Fitting the bracket is simple there is a metal holder that the bracket sits over
![[Image: 11_zps3c7e976b.jpg]](http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p39/rustywhite2007/Astra-J/How%20To%20Flex%20Floor/11_zps3c7e976b.jpg)
![[Image: 12_zps9f5f6852.jpg]](http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p39/rustywhite2007/Astra-J/How%20To%20Flex%20Floor/12_zps9f5f6852.jpg)
Bracket in place
![[Image: 13_zps84ecf328.jpg]](http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p39/rustywhite2007/Astra-J/How%20To%20Flex%20Floor/13_zps84ecf328.jpg)
then put the bolt in
![[Image: 14_zps2d648544.jpg]](http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p39/rustywhite2007/Astra-J/How%20To%20Flex%20Floor/14_zps2d648544.jpg)
Then fit the new piece of trim
![[Image: 15_zpsa5890aed.jpg]](http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p39/rustywhite2007/Astra-J/How%20To%20Flex%20Floor/15_zpsa5890aed.jpg)
fit the bracket cover
![[Image: 16_zps106dc3b0.jpg]](http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p39/rustywhite2007/Astra-J/How%20To%20Flex%20Floor/16_zps106dc3b0.jpg)
Refit the seat belt trim
![[Image: 17_zps66b43d12.jpg]](http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p39/rustywhite2007/Astra-J/How%20To%20Flex%20Floor/17_zps66b43d12.jpg)
Repeat for the other side.
Once you've done the other side fit the rear trim
![[Image: 18_zpsc44ec7e0.jpg]](http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p39/rustywhite2007/Astra-J/How%20To%20Flex%20Floor/18_zpsc44ec7e0.jpg)
Fitting the flex floor is an ass and will take two people, sorry not many pics of this.
you have to use a lot of pressure to get the pins to clip in then you use the bracket and screw to hold it in place

In and fitted
