Is it possible to fit a pull out cycle carrier. Never seen one before not sure if its just non UK market but it would         be cool

Could very well be retro fittable, it is an option in the UK.

Would it not need changes to the frame of the car? I mean the rest bumper bar alone is where the Reg plate is so looks like that would need swapping/removing at the very least car frame wise

Chassis would be the same no matter what.

bumper would need changing for sure but what else unless I look into it I couldn't tell you.

Best thing would be to find a front end write off and nick the rear bumper loom frame etc etc. Sounds like a huge job
