I have manual rear windows and iv for the complete set up for electric can they be activated by using tech 2 device

I would say no not with tech2 only MDI. officially I believe you would need a vci code.
NAVI950 , DAB+ & Rear Camera , quick heat, auto lights and rain sensor retrofit

As John said not possible with Tech2 only MDI, officially you need a VCI.
