Hi guys, Im proud owner of GTC and  love it !!

This is my first post. I bought myself a 2013 2.0 CDTI Elite on Monday. Loving it so far, having some right fun driving it.

Just after a bit of advice really. Is there anything I need to know, anything I should be looking out for or just some general tips?

I am interested in mechanical & electrical elements of all Vauxhalls, I do have global tis & tech 2 device which I have modified my Corsa D 1.3 however I just had to replace & reprogrammed my new ECU & I previously replaced my IPC about a year ago, however I can't seem to get my car to start & I was wondering if it had anything to do with the replacement IPC immobiliser which wasn't programmed to the original ecu & tech 2 is showing as security code status not entered

Any solutions

I just bought a used 2015 Zafira with Navi 950 IntelliLink. The seller claimed that he updated it recently, but after I used it for a bit, I think he never updated it. Does anyone know what's the most up to date version of the Navi 950 IntelliLink system?

Good Morning (Just!)

I recall reading somewhere that early Astra's have a problem with the boot seams failing but I can't locate it. 

Reason for asking is my Astra has water in the footwell which was partly due to the high level brake light, which is now changed. 
However I am still getting water in the boot after rain and it appears to be coming out the seam on the boot floor at the back. I suspect this as when I wiped the water away I could see a drop of water re-emerging through the seam. 

So I've got myself some potential options;

1. I'm trying a penetrating leak and crack finder which should cure it.

2. Get some seam sealer and clean the outside behind the bumper and cover the affected areas.

3. As I have only had the car 9 days I send it back to the dealership for them to sort?

There is a k&n typhoon air intake kit for the 1.4 gtc but i can't seem to find one for the 1.6

will the 1.4 kit fit on the 1.6?

hi all question for you all has anyone had an issue with the revs hanging around 1200 -1500 rpm then slowly dropping to idle on 2.0 cdti sri

everything  else seems ok i only have a code reader which i shall be putting on tomorrow to see if anything pops up but at a wild guess im thinking throttle body gunked up causing it to stiffen up

i only had the car 3 months it has 60k on the clock says full service history but as i havent done this myself its just a piece of paper and i doubt very much the egr system has ever been cleaned
