Hi All,
Can anyone let me know how to remove the bumper insert? There seems to be plastic pins in each bottom corner that don't seem to come out.
Thanks for any advice,
Matt

Hi, just to introduce my self not sure how active this is but being out the car game for a while.
I'm 20 from Glasgow and recently bought a 2015 1.6T Astra gtc the special edition(limited edition- seen it being called both)
I used to have a Corsa D but got rid of that due to getting a works van so a bit out of touch with all things cars now, I have a couple of question if any one reads this and has any answers it will be greatly appreciated. ??
;- I'm changing my bulbs to hids from what I believe the dip beam and main beam are one bulb?
;- Does anyone else find that the gtc is very bad for stone chips? Has any one got any mud guards and do these improve at all?
;- What's the best polish about just now? I used to be in the car game and back then it was autoglym and I had a bottle of that from years ago so used that last night and Im not keen on as it leaves white powder when it comes off.
Got some plans for the car upcoming hopefully.
Thanks in advance for any replies.

Sorting out the gearbox
"Just as important to the Astra is a new six-speed manual gearbox. In 2013, when GM announced the new 1.6-litre diesel engine, the company admitted that its real weak point was manual gearboxes, partly because the basic design principle dated from the 1970s. The new transmission is said to weigh just 37kg and puts an emphasis on smooth shifts and a short lever action"

Morning guys
Just a quick post to let you know about a an Ebay trader called Aply20.
He is selling the number plate led's that some of you guys have already fitted.
I have purchased the lights but it seems that i got a duff pair as they don't fit to well, you have to rock them from side to side in the bulb holder for them to work. just looks like the actual fit is a bit to small for the holder.
I am now 2 weeks into trying to get the bulbs returned or replaced and have ended up going through the Ebay buyer protection centre.
What i think you should all know is the following.
- 1. Seller states he is in Notingham, actually he is based in London ( i only say this as i live in Nottingham and was willing to drive and swap them).
- 2. Wants you to pay extra costs in order to return and replace (almost have the orginal price again).
- 3. Will tell you that you purchased the wrong bulbs ( even tho it states in the listing that they will fit. And i know that some of you guys have already fitted them and recommended them!)
Sorry for the rant but i don't want others to have the same trouble as i am having.
Nick
