How to remove sun visor Astra J GTC.

Hello, does anybody know how to remove the sun visor on an Astra J GTC.
I have taken the cap off, have removed the 3 screws, but I'm not able to get the sun visor out, it doesn't just pull out. There seems to be clips of some sort holding it in? Thanks.

As per the how-to you need to pull it (they can be very hard).
