Parking sensors normally you will find the front wires are up to a point (on Astra's its the connector under the battery). Vauxhall sell the brackets to repair the holders on the Astra so would of thought you could get them for yours then just drill the holes and bond them.
In terms of the IPC yes some do some don't, They also need to be set-up and configured to have options turned on/off etc just getting a set & plugging it in (even after coding to your car) doesn't mean certain things will work.
In terms of the Navi you can get from any car but the Mokka buttons wouldn't work once programmed to a Astra/Mervia as the software / firmware is different.
