M072 (S160) Android Head Unit Install/Info

I was planning to start a new thread to help me choose either a branded headunit + fitting kit or aftermarket integrated system like this but after reading this thread it would seem this is the way to go for me.
What is the sound quality like with this unit? I don't expect audiophile quality but I would like something that sounds really nice.
Would it be worth adding a decent amp + speakers to this unit too or would I just be trying to make a silk purse from a sows ear?

I think the sound quality is as good as oem if not better.

Yep I agree... Sound is very very good! And no problem at all regarding the thread. Sorry it's not hugely organised but I do try (and so do others) to keep it current and full of useful info!
