Problem solved i had to take the camera unit out and there were two screws holding the camera into the light unit 
so i had to make a few alterations to the unit and camera angle and now the lines are straight

While i was messing about with that i was not to happy with the standard 501 bulbs being back in for the number plate lights
so i tried a pair of 501 LED bulbs i had lying around tested them and then i find there not on the canbus on the insignia haha 
so i now have LED number plate lights back in.
