If you don't do the heated seat part forget the control panel.
My advise is this.
Get the seats fitted when the garage remove the seats ask them if they can take some clear pictures of the connection in the car, not the seat and ask if they can mark what wires are there from pin out (i post).
Let them get the lumber working and then we can see what you have/don't and can advise from there.
With all the Info I'm going to post if this garage is worth it's salts they will be able to work it all out and get the heated seats working off the heater panel.
