Have 2014 Astra SRi fitted with non-DAB CD400 radio. Am getting split second breaks in transmission when using the BBC channels (no problems on local radio settings). Use mostly Radio 1, 2 and 4. Dealership suggest it is to do with transmitters. Based in Buckinghamshire, but also occurs out of area. Any suggestions welcomed that might remedy this.

It could be the aerial the radio unit the transmitters so many factors at play, it may pay to contact a car audio company.

I can do programming and retrofits using genuine GM MDI and Dealer software.

I had a similar issue, unscrew the aerial give the threaded part a good clean (I used brake cleaner not WD40) no issues since. Unfortunately same issue in my Kia, the aerial is fixed :-(
