How do you check the following before going to garage...

Noise from clutch when pressed

Any links to check below queries appreciated
1  Faulty clutch release cylinder? 
2  clutch pedal bushes
3  pressure plate spring

Hi sounds like the clutch release bearing other than what you have done do not know any other way of checking, in the good old days there used to be a inspection cover that you could remove to get a look at the bearing do not think they fit them anymore?

without hearing the noise, I'd also go for release bearing,
probably worth replacing the complete clutch assembly at the same time
retrofitted = DAB+, GM dog guard, GM reversing camera
