Welcome back to the VXOC FORUM.
Sorry for our lack of support over the last year but MYBB is back and so are we.
Let's get the forum buzzing again... (March 25, 2022)x
11 plate Tourer with CD400 factory option - now running an Android W072 headunit.
I have the factory DAB cables in the drivers footwell, so assume I have the lead that runs to glass aerial built in (drivers side in Tourer).
I know there is an amplifier that fits to this with FAKRA cable connector.
Wanting to know:
If the wiring runs from the footwell to the rear and location of plug in loom (above window, below trim etc).
If it is, can I use this cable (with an adapter loom up front, from a USB powered Android DAB+ unit) to run a factory amplifier (does it power it). Alternatively - what options do I have to replace the roof mounted (standard FM - not shark fin) aerial and how would I connect/power that?
hi all,
can any one tell me if the ariel amp is built into a cd400 or is it separate, if it is separate is there a power outlet from the stereo iso plug
that switches the ariel amp on.
the reason for this is I have changed the stereo head unit for an after market one, since changing it the radio reception is not as good.
driver side heated seat only works for 5 mins then turns off have a gm 13442703 plug connecter kit but no wiring diagram or location of connector do i have to take out the seat ?

Hi all, since updating my iPhone X to iOS 13 i've been unable to change tracks using the car's media controls.
I've got an Astra J SRI (2010) with satnav. The phone uses Apple Music, via USB for media and charging and has worked fairly flawlessly until now. The tracks will play, and I can browse playlists and select tracks, but once in a playlist, I try to skip a track and it will attempt the skip, then continue playing the current track.
Has anyone else had this issue, or any ideas on a fix for this? Any help would be appreciated!
