Got a problem and hoping someone can help.
I've recently bought a GTC 2.0 CDTI SRI. ( 2012, 51000 miles ) had it around 4 weeks and have an issue already.
The only way to describe the fault is its as if I press the clutch pedal while accelerating. usually around 60-70 and in 5th are sixth gear although its done it once in fourth. it starts accelerating ok then loses power and starts over revving just like I have pressed the clutch in. I let of the accelerator or drop down a gear try to accelerate again but the it still does it. then other times its fine. have also noticed a burning smell when this happens?
Does anyone have any ideas or info on this??

 I currently have a 5 door I have seen that on a 3 door it is just a straight bulb swap is this the same case with a 5 door if so do you have any error free recommendations?

Hi, im new here and need some help please...
Today signed up for a 1.4sri GTC 2014 which is lovely however while test driving i noticed the airbag ON light in the center console was lite up all the time. I asked the sales chap if this was normal and he suggested it was fine. However im not so certain so wanted to check with people that may know. Please can you let me know your thoughts on this before i make full payment. Cheers!

I have purchased a 2011 Astra ES CDTI 1.7 ecoflex.

generally happy with the car just a few things I would have liked such as Bluetooth/ steering controls and the MPG computer but overall its a massive improvement on my astra H 1.3cdti I previously had

will get round to fitting one of the android units when funds available.

hi all I'm new to forum this is my first post, 

I purchased my 2013 1.7d GTC SRI a few weeks ago, been reviewing threads on this forum and others in relation to the lights. As I have a 50mile daily commute on mainly twisty A roads I need to upgrade my lights especially with the dark nights drawing in. After much reading I changed the DRLs from the standard yellow drls to some nice white LEDs from hid-direct dead easy to fit and looks great. However as others have highlighted it makes the yellow headlight really stand out and not in a good way! I've purchased  a hid kit from lush lighting which I planned to fit at the weekend. I have read conflicting posts about being able to fit these without dazzling other drivers, and this it seems is down to if they are projectors or reflectors. Not sure what I have so if gtc are reflectors not projector lights do I need to buy projectors to fit along with hid kit. I've read some posts that say the GTC has projectors fitted as standard and others saying gtc have reflectors fitted as standard and that only gtc vxr had projectors  So my question is do I need to buy projectors before I fit hid kit? Or will they slot straight in without dazzling others? Pic attached showing drl on leds and std current head lights  Thanks

hi guys i am looking to retro fit a double din stereo into my astra elite 2013 i have a pioneer unit and was wondering if this is poss and how easy it is to do also the cables that connects 2 do what happens with ignition live as i know there isn't normally one in the vauxhall any info would be much appreciated or even someone that is willing to help fit one of these i do have a little knowledge of audio but so far can't find out what i really need from any local audio places

Im looking for some help, does anybody know if a rear diffuser for a prefacelift will fit a facelift?
I'm looking at fitting a Rieger one to our 62plate facelift but the listing says prefacelift only. I've tried searching the difference between the two and all I can find is that they added a chrome strip but that was to the bumper rear than the diffuser.

If they dont fit does anybody know where I could get once from thats similar to the Rieger one please?

I occasionally get this come up on the dash and then when I start the car, it will cut out a couple of seconds later.



I have to then take the key out, lock/unlock the doors and it will then go away until the next time. Does anyone know what this is all about?
