Welcome back to the VXOC FORUM.
Sorry for our lack of support over the last year but MYBB is back and so are we.
Let's get the forum buzzing again... (March 25, 2022)x
Hi all,
I curently have one of the older android hu from icebox, but looking at the v5754 mainly to get the better CPU and more ram. Octo core CPU and 4Gb ram (My hu has only 1Gb today).
I can see some of you already bought this hu, and I have some questions for you:
1) how is the Bluetooth module? In My current hu the radio disconnects the BT connection to My Phone (it has done it with multiple Phone) every 2-5min, also during a call, very annoying..
2) do you have any issues with Noise, like sort of generator Noise all the time??
And do you have an amp connected??
In mine I have this generator Noise constantly, also when muted.
3) can you test if the TomTom go mobile app can be installed from the Google playstore and works on this hu?
Hi,
I know wiring diagrams not free in the net and need to have account for that.
I need badly schematic of blind spot alert of Insignia 2014.
I have a check procedure for my error but don't have a wiring.
Can attach procedure for testing but he is partial usable because don't have wiring codes and connectors.
That i thing in astra J system will be the same.My error are U18A6.
I’ve had to replace the whole OSR door on my J, however the newer one comes with electric windows whereas mine were originally manually operated. Is this easy to put back to manual? I dont want to spend extra making the electric work for one side! Is it a straight swap from the old door to new one?
I took my car to the local garage to charge the AC is it does not get cold but i was told it was full. They the plugged it into the computer and it came up with the error below and could not fix it:
B393B-04 air conditioning compressor valve control circuit - open
A quick google says its a possible short, can anyone give me an idea as to what to look at, i have a meter to check shorts but not sure what loom or where to look.
So I wanted a dashcam for a long time now, but I never wanted it to be in my sight and block my sight even more (the Astra already has pour visibility). But I got a dashcam for free which I modified so the camera can be separated from the little screen and housing.
I want to attach the camera itself directly over my automatic high beam assist camera (which I don't use because it's not so good). There it has a perfect view of the road ahead.
The screen itself will pop out behind/next to/above my rear view mirror.
No problem here.
BUT I was looking for a good power source, where I don't have to pull a way a ton of trims. I got a small 12v to 5v usb mini power brick which I can tuck away where I want.
Was planning to take power from the roof curtesy lights. Actually was about to tap into the correct wires when I thought of something.. These wires are allways live? Even if you turn of the ignition and lock the car, the lights stay on if you have turned them on.
- Do the wires stay live untill the battery is drained? Or do they turn off after ... minutes?
- Do you know of another 12v wire I can cafely tap into that is up there?
Need a solution :( I don't want to run a wire all the way to the cigarette lighter in the center console. Thanks.
hi all.

but the temp gauge don't go up.
Hi all, newbe here so apologies if this has been asked before.
Im going to replace my DPF pressure sensor on my 2011 Astra J 2.0cdti A20DTH engine.
Does the new sensor need to be learned in by the car or is it a straight swap?
Whats the best sensor to get, ie Bosch? or genuine GM etc. Anyone got link they can reply with?
