My siggy is a sports tourer so it has this extractable boot cover, and I believe it should somehow lock into place when it's fully extended. Mine however retracts by itself and never stays put. It feels as if some notch or hook has broken off. 
How does this work? Anyone got a pic of how the mechanism should look?

Seems they unclipped and fell down. They were reach and retrieve and installing required only removing the 2x 10MM bolts.

Should anyone come across this and be unable to locate them, they're probably sold separately under OEM 19760430.
