As you can see from picture it blow off and all the thred is still in the valve cap .

They could just change the stem you can buy kits.

Is the pressure showing for the valve? If not and if doesn't wake up after a drive it needs waking up with the tool.

I took it back to vauxhall and they did something no warning now. Pluses the did the fuel filler cap wax thing.
