Hi guys, correct me if I'm wrong but does the cdti have a dump valve? I hear the whoosh sound when changing 1st, 2nd and 3rd gears and wondered if you could mod it to make it louder?

Guys need a little help. I'm after a dump valve for my 1.6 turbo. Any ideas which one or can get from?

Any one fitted a boost guage and dump valve to there diesels yet if so how did you fit them

Does anyone know if the Corsa Vxr dump valve would fit the Astra J 1.6 turbo. I have heard that the engines are roughly the same. How true I do not know.

Guys what is the difference between a Recirculation valve and a dump valve?

Hi Guys,
I did have a look at Tucpal post, but i wasnt sure on mine, as it slightly different, so i have uploaded the picture to see how i can service and clean these parts.

I just wanted some information how to service my car EGR Valve, EGR Pipe, Throttle body ,  Map Manifold pressure senser.

I wanted some advice or if anyone done a 1.7cdti Elite 2011 , 61reg, as i want to do my service.

As you can see from picture it blow off and all the thred is still in the valve cap .
