Hi I have recently been having problems with my Cd400 unit it hasn’t been picking up all the dab stations, it find them when saved but didn’t have any reception to them and I can’t find the station list, I spoke to a service tech at Vauxhall and he said I need to do a software update, dose anybody know where I can get this update as he said I have to download it to a usb but can’t find it anywhere

There is no USB update for the CD400 nor the DAB module & even if there was you wouldn't find it floating around the internet as it would have to be downloaded via SPS.
So what are the issues you having a stations not storing or no DAB signal?

I can do programming and retrofits using genuine GM MDI and Dealer software.

It’s just not picking up certain station on dab gets most of them but the ones I use don’t seem to work no more will have a word with Vauxhall’s again tomorrow and see what they say

Hi there has recently been an update to the DAB network, radio stations saying if you do not have DAD+ you need to retune?

I have done a retune and updated the stations but still nothing from them

Well I haven’t been able to do a retune as I do not have a option for that however the station was working I went in to the shop and when I can back it hasn’t worked since

I had to re select my stations as I listen Gold (amongst others) and they have changed their frequency,
Gold no longer broadcast on DAB only on DAB+
retrofitted = DAB+, GM dog guard, GM reversing camera

How Do I get dab + then is it possible or am I just going to hve to live with out the stations

You can get a DAB+ module (U4D)
The main radio may need reprogramming so it can enable DAB+ although in most cases it doesn't.
