If you are looking for a cheap bluetooth for CD400 without steering wheel controls, I did it like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bTeCPA84Dp8
I know that the sound quality is not the greatest but this worked for me. I didn't touch the blue wire in the aux plug but I keep my aux cable plugged in so that the aux setting works on the radio.
