Depends which wheel you are thinking of installing.

if the buttons look like this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2016-VAUXHALL...SwRxBfa1-f
Then you would need to modify the resistor ladder as its the wrong way round.
I'm not sure in terms of fitment though if it fits or not.
