If you can source a used ECU that matches yours on ebay you need to make sure you get the security code and VIN number (from the car it came from if it hasn't been de-programmed) be mindful of those that say tech-2 reset as the tech-2 can't do it.
Having 2 ECU's for my own car I was able to program the 2nd and setup so it was all working.
Struggling to find any dealers that actually keep the pin code/VIN number for the ecu. Any recommendations for resellers or breakers?
