Ok so we have abit more to work with now.

Are all the other buttons working correctly on the heater panel?

You only have one Data wire between the heater panel, HVAC & Seat module.

Another fuse you could check is F14 7.5A in the glovebox fuse board.

Have you tried doing a full shutdown? If not remove the negative off the battery & leave it for 60mins let all systems fully shut down.
