Ok so your 100% sure that F21 25 amp in rear board is good?

If it's the fuse & not the module the only things left are heater panel heater pads or wiring issue.

Yeah the fuse is fine and the module. 

The day it happened the Satnav, the screen in the centre of the speedo and the heated seats all cut out then took a while to come back on. Eventually it all came back on working fine apart from the heated seats.  I took it to vauxhall for an hour diagnoses check but wasn’t long enough and all they said there’s no communication between the botton and seat.

I think I may be down to a wiring issue.
