Regarding winding back the rear pistons in the calipers, do they wind back in clockwise or anticlockwise? Or is one side clockwise, and the other side anticlockwise?

I have a brake rewind tool with both RH and LH thread spindles, but not sure which one to use on which side, or whether I only need one for both sides.

Can anyone confirm as I'm sure it'll be handy not only for me, but others in the future too.
