They were easy to fit on the Focus. The most nerve wracking bit was drilling the bumper as you only get one shot at that!!

Well, with the Focus i took the bumper strip off and drilled the holes in line with the OEM positions. ASFAIR the Astra H has circles with X's stamped on the rear of the bumper to show the positioning of them. Maybe the J is the same.
Yep the marks for the OEM positions are on the rear of the bumper... you should be able to see them on the hatch without removing bumper, the guy doing mine said he had to remove the bumper on my tourer though to get to the middle ones.
