i would say if anyone wants this done and only has the basic display options then they would still need it to be programmed in along with the mileage.
also if you have a petrol car you need a petrol display etc.

you must be over the moon that old display of yours was terrible and i totally see why to wanted to swap it
i will add this info to the how to section later on for further reference again well done and you get your first how too

Yeah you're right dude! I've been told 3 times now that something cannot be done...and all of those things have been done! All it took was the right info from the right people .

So you thinking others wouldn't have it as easy as me then with the straight swap? Whoooop! glad I'm finally contributing to the forum too after getting so much from it . Sorry I didn't get more photos, didn't feel they were needed though as i just followed both the IPC how too's on here. If you need any more info or photos for it just let me know .

Ha yeah I had a genuine reason for doing this one! That screen really wound me up! Was even worse then all it told me was the mileage :-/
