No it wont recode it as there is no code to add or remove
it will most likely be vin locked to the car
rusty may have an idea but if it can be done then only an MDI and VCI Code may be needed
but i would think that would only be possible with a brand new unit.

you can however activate some of the menus but again an MDI is needed rusty will fill you in on that one.
