loose green connector by gas pedal

Hi Guys,

Cleaning car today and in the drivers foot well to left of accelorator pedal I came across a loose green connector.

Could anyone advise if this should be un-connected or has come undone or if so where it should fix to?

I have a Astra J 2013 Sports Tourer 1.7 Diesel 130 bhp (A17DTS)


I have a pic link below if anyone could take the time to look ...  The bottom left of pic is the gas pedal and is of the right hand side of drivers foot well  (right hand drive) the cable is coming from beyond and above that.

Thanks everyone , figured after a while it was for something factory installed for something not on my basic model


Now you say that Also noticed the service booking section on 'my vauxhall' did have a tick box option for a DAB upgrade , seems Ive found their prep work then.
Im sure that will come in handy on another thread.
