So after fitting heated steering wheel, was great at first but now turns out sfter a min or two it turns itself off. Just like the drivers heated seat used to.

I do. Never had an issue with mine. Saying that once it's warm I do turn it off.

Strange im wondering if its because the vin ranges are different to the the car and control panel.
