mokka sound drops

we have a mokka that when you use the phone through the radio the sound stops and i have to press the sound toggle on the steering wheel to re-activate the sound. is there a solution for this

the phone links to the blue tooth through the radio as it should,you make a call or receive a call and you hear the conversation through the car speakers and after a short period the sound from the speakers of the person you are speaking to stops completely,no sound what so ever. the person you are talking to can still hear you and the sound only returns when you toggle the volume up or down on the steering wheel. 
the radio in the car is the standard cd450 with bluetooth fitted by vauxhall and reading on the mokka site other people are having the same issue but no one has come up with a solution.

There is a BT USB update. for these uints that may sort the issue out.

I don't appear to have the file saved.
