Hi inside the rear back light cluster it looks really loose is this normal?

I would say it doesn't look right
is it the drivers side or passenger?
hard to tell from picture, but it looks like the reflector has come loose
retrofitted = DAB+, GM dog guard, GM reversing camera

Reflector has come lose you maybe able to pull them back but easy, IIRC you've only just got the car so if from a dealer or trader with warranty take it back & get them to replace them.

I've looked and there's a screw that should hold. It... It's snapped inside.. Is there a way of getting inside the light to possibly glue it??

Not with out opening it up and they aren't easy to open tried to open one of mine and didn't go too well.
