Front DVR android S160 M072

hi there friends

after a successful install of the S160 M072 i wanted to add some things to it.

I Have got this front camera https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Hidden-Camera...2749.l2649

also got this lead https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DVR-CABLE-FOR...2749.l2649 

it has been wired in to the correct port of the head unit but nothing happens I.E no video no power, I
did also connect the camera to the reverse port all works great, so am i doing wrong? is there wires that need to be bridged or crossed over or something?

any help Help with this would be great,

I'm not 100% sure what connectors the S160 has but I know I was able to hook a front DVR upto my mrs kenwood headunit without issues same DVR you have linked too.

im sure its something to do with the cable that has been cut by factory direct in to the s160 unit from the camera connector , maybe they need bridging or something but unable to find any information on this whatsoever if anyone can point me in the right direction :( x

There should be a yellow plug 1 for rear cam and one for front cam
