Leaking sump / stone chips

My 2012 GTC 1.4t sump gasket looks like it’s on the way out, it’s starting to weep. It that a common problem? Got 75000miles on the clock.

Anyone else have a horrendous amount of stone chips? I do. Bonnet especially and serious road rash! Possibly a piss poor factory paint job! Don’t think much paint went on it!

Hi can not help with the sump, agree with you on the paint my 2017 GTC seams like it was just shown the paint code chart very little paint on it as you say chips scratches at the first sight of a stone

Yeah, looks like they seriously scrimped on power red anyway. I bought some mudflaps but I’m way to late, haven’t fitted them yet. You got mudflaps on yours? If not I would suggest it.

The paint on the Vauxhall's is very poor it's been a major complaint.

There are quite which have had a full respray under warranty.

As to the seal it's not a common thing that I know off but its one of the joys of owning a car.
