Sump plug removal
A friend of mine is helping me service the car on Saturday and I have all the filters needed. I also ordered a new sump plug and seal which is a Torx head. Does anyone know if the existing sump plug is a Torx head so we know what to look for and also is there only one under engine panel that needs removing to access the sump?

Leaking sump / stone chips
My 2012 GTC 1.4t sump gasket looks like it’s on the way out, it’s starting to weep. It that a common problem? Got 75000miles on the clock.

Anyone else have a horrendous amount of stone chips? I do. Bonnet especially and serious road rash! Possibly a piss poor factory paint job! Don’t think much paint went on it!
